Absolutely – it’s our speciality. Every family and every block is unique, and that’s exactly why we love custom builds. Whether you’re inspired by one of our display homes or have your own vision in mind, our design team will work closely with you to create a home that’s tailored completely to you.

Do You Do Knockdown Rebuilds?

Yes, we do! And they’re becoming increasingly popular across established Sunshine Coast suburbs where vacant land is limited. While we don’t handle demolition directly, we can recommend trusted local contractors and guide you through each step. We’ll also provide detailed information to help make sure your site is ready for construction once demolition is complete.

How Long Does a Build Take?

This depends on a few factors: the design, approvals, location, and finance process all play a role. While some builders might promise extremely short timeframes, we believe in being realistic and transparent. Our goal is to build your home right, not just fast, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Can You Help Me Find Land?

Yes, we can! Land can be tricky to secure in certain parts of South-East Queensland, but our sales consultants are local experts who know where new releases are happening.
