If you’ve ever visited our stunning display home in Aura, chances are you’ve met Katie Bailey. And if you have, you’ll know straight away that she’s not your typical new home sales consultant. Warm, thoughtful and relentlessly invested in her clients’ goals, Katie has quickly become a valued part of Dwyer Quality Homes.

Before joining the team, Katie built a diverse career in sales and completed a degree in architecture and interior design. During her years as a media sales rep, Dwyer Quality Homes was actually her client – and over that time she developed a strong relationship with the team.
