Yes, we do! They’re particularly popular across established suburbs where vacant land is hard to find. While demolition sits outside our contract, we can recommend trusted demolition specialists. We’ll also provide detailed instructions on how the block should be left after demolition; for example, services such as power and NBN should be properly disconnected, and the site should be clean, free from contamination, and ready for the next stage of the build.

You’ll find us at 256 Nicklin Way, Kawana Waters. It’s home to our friendly head office team and our beautiful selections studio, where you can explore finishes, colours, and fittings and see the quality of our standard inclusions up close.

Definitely! We love our clients to be involved with their build and value their input. Because it’s a live construction site, all visits just need to be scheduled with and supervised by your Site Supervisor. They’ll happily arrange a time and walk you through the progress.

Gaining a home loan is a very personalised process and differs for each person. While we don’t partner with specific banks or brokers, our sales consultants can help point you in the right direction.
