At Dwyer Quality Homes we offer a comprehensive design service. Simple pencil drawn ideas can be transformed by one of our experienced designers into your dream home.  We can arrange and organise the complete package.

As boutique home builders, we individually price each home to ensure the highest level of quality at the best possible price.  In this day and age building products, inclusions and designs are so wide and varied that each home has to be treated on it’s own merits to establish the correct price.  Issues such as slope of the land, type of soil classification, roof design, number of floors and type of external finish have a major impact on price.  To further complicate the issue local authority fees and regulations can vary considerably effecting the final house price.

All our homes come with a 6 month maintenance period. For your convenience we supply all our clients with a maintenance request form which is simply filled out and sent through to our office to be attended to by our Tradesmen. 

Building time frames vary considerably.  This is due to a number of issues such as size of home, site conditions, types of inclusions and industry pressure to name a few.  As a Guide a 200m² brick veneer home from foundations to hand over could be achieved in 12 – 16 weeks. 

In an effort to keep a tight control of all our construction sites we concentrate on an area from Queensland’s Gold Coast & North to Hervey Bay.
