We built our dream home on our dream block of land with Dwyer Quality Homes. Being the first time we have built a home before, we were quite daunted by the unknown and excited at the same time. During the first stage of the contract, we made quite a number of changes to the plan, without the high expense we expected to pay. With the help of Jenni, Sue from Majer Tiles and Sharon, our selection stage was challenging and quite enjoyable, as we received terrific help and support from everyone.

During the building stage Phil Amos was a fantastic gentlemen to be dealing with. Phil always had time to answer all our questions and listen to the various changes we wished to make. We were extremely happy with the versatility the DQH gave us as they allowed my husband to do all the electrical work on the house, made variations easy(sometimes with little or no cost) and had second to none tradesmen (Lindsay, Bob and Helmit) who treated our home like their own and did a brilliant job with the finishing. I would definitely recommend DQH to anyone who is looking to build!
